President Khrushchev Cohesive-Authoritarian Leadership Style

President Khrushchev was the Soviet Union president in the era of the thirteen days of October 1962 military attempt to file missiles to Cuba. The thirteen days October is similarly an American film made to commemorate the thirteen tense days of October 1962, which depicts on the actions which preceded the failed American and Soviet Union’s military coup. President Khrushchev was a cohesive and an authoritative leader who made his military act in line with his authorities (Kennedy et al, 67). The president was the main personnel when the Soviet Union threatened bomb the Caribbean country with the nuclear weapons so as to harm its relationship with the United States.

President Khrushchev was a president of do what I tell you kind of leadership. He cohesively ordered the military to get ready for action incise the united states government by then lead by john Kennedy did not abode by the regulations they gave. This type of leadership of the mist effective when the military id in time of crisis, since it give the powers to the leader to only act, by ordering with no questions whatsoever (Kennedy et al, 66).. However, the style of leadership id disadvantaged when the leader makes a mistake when offering some actions and he does not accept any advises. The mistakes come back to haunt the people being led.
