INTRODUCTION

Super Pizza system analysis report will help Super Pizza company to install a system to help the staff keep track of customer orders for pizza and side dishes.

DATA GATHERED

The input data that will be used in the system will include customer’s details such as Name, Phone number and address. Customer order specification is also recorded before processing customers order. After the order is processed, the delivery is made to the customer. After delivery, a report is presented to the manager at the end of the day.

2. Requirement Specification

2.1 Target Users:

2.1.1 Customers

2.1.1.1 Requirements for customers

A customer is required to register with Super Pizza before placing any order.

During registration of the user, the following data is required:

Name of the customer

Address of the customer

Phone number of the customer

If the user is already a registered user, they are only required to give their phone number and the rest of the details is retrieved automatically from the computer.

A customer is required to select their favorite pizza from the options available in the firm.

2.1.2 Staffs:

Staffs include Manager, Cooks, Driver, and other staffs.

Staffs receive orders from the customer and record the orders into the computer. Therefore, staffs are required to be computer literate.

2.1.2.1 Cooks:

Cooks require order specification from the customers. A customer has privilege to add or remove any ingredient from the pizza of their choice.

2.1.2.2 Driver:

The driver delivers orders to the customer which are ordered through the phone. Therefore, the driver requires the address of the customer where the order is to be delivered.

2.1.2.3 Manager

Require daily reports of the complete orders.
