Through participation there is achievement of quite a number of things which come about through the designing of programs; this include state capacity being widened in the economic sector there will be growth building of infrastructure, security will be improved and also becoming a better player in the global sector. We find that through these things there is growth and development of the poor countries.

Poor countries growth and development highly relies on their participation. In dealing with participation focusing on the logics of participatory budgeting are equally important since evident that participation is designed in budgeting which was a redistribution mechanism that favored and benefited the poor. Citizens are enabled to participate in the decision making processes since it’s a configuration of active administrative engagement. Apart from that it also acts as a mobilization plans of action designed to achieve long term aims which include; freedom from limits, self governance and radical democracy. It’s evident that participation is of high importance because it reshapes its core ideas as a programme to restrain corruption, enhance administrative efficiency, and also improve capacity. Through this we find that participation becomes a great tool of administrative incorporation and narrowing the process of disputing. All this has made it an appealing instrument in other state dominated administrative mechanisms and due to that much development is expected in less developed countries through incorporation of participation. In participation there are several distinctive logics that are involved. These logics are based on administration, political reform and also on the empowerment of the citizens. Each logic indicates different relation to mental concepts and understandings of this participation, these logics combine different frameworks in which participation programmes and activities operate. Each of this happens in order to create and bring about similar behavioral patterns and leads in different directions.

On dealing with the administrative logic, the issue on how participation can strengthen and make better the administration process is what we focus on. Here it provides the citizens with the mechanism to express their greater liking for one alternative over another and opinions and seeks to match the people’s choice with the governments plan. It tests the proficiency of the allocation of budget and also identifies the priority of projects and establishes a modern public financial system. The principal to participation.

On the political reform logic, participation is seen as an instrument that brings the subject of local democratization to attention. When we focus on the logic that is based on the empowerment of citizens, participation happens to be a process through which citizens have an opportunity to demand accesses to allocate and decide the budget. From we find that through participation in cases where decisions are difficult and happen to cause losses participation enables leaders to deflect responsibility onto processes and therefore avoid the blame.

Apart from that entire participation works at building a modern financial system creating the collaboration and also the integration of different bureaucratic units, also on improving administrative efficiency, develops a budgeting process that is more transparent, strengthening of the administrative units and public goods that meet the needs of the people.


From that above discussion it’s evident that participation happens to be a good tool in fighting poverty hence so suitable and of great importance in the development of the so called poor countries. It’s therefore advisable to enact the aspect of participation in the development of the poor countries.
