Servant leadership, according to Robert Greenleaf refers to a theoretical framework advocating for the primary role and motivation of a leader as others’ service person (Smith 2005).Robert Greenleaf, who first coined the theory, was quoted saying that a leader who is great is first seen as a servant leader. The kind of leadership starts with a natural feeling of one waning to serve first. Conscious choices then make a person aspire for leadership. Such a leader is totally different from one that becomes a leader first maybe due to the urge of acquiring wealth (Smith 2005).

Business ideas should be looked at from four perspectives: customer, company, competitor and collaborator. That helps a manager to scrutinize business ides before even considering the brand. With company, one needs to think of their ideas in line with services or products features (Speeder 2015). This is in terms of customer benefits, company’s personality, and key message being relayed. With customer, three types of customers are thought about purchasers, influencers and the end users. There are three different kinds of competitors: tertiary, secondary and primary. Collaborators refer to those parties interested in the success of the organization but are never directly paid for their well wishes. Trends can as well be managed from a managerial perspective via the use of SWOT Analysis. The manager here analyses the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats of the organisation (Speader 2015).

A lack of business ethics leads to a number of problems for an organization ranging from legal issues to the performance of the business. There are established procedures and rules for running a business (Zeiger 2015). If a business fails to follow the state and federal guidelines, it is subjected to enormous penalties and fines. Unethical acts have got negative effects on the performance of the employee as well. Sometimes an employee concentrates on making money and getting ahead and hence ignoring protocol and procedures. It is important to note that a manager risks facing lack of respect from their subordinates in case he or she lacks ethics. A CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) is not about just doing what is right. It as well calls for responsible behaviour and to deal with the suppliers that do them the same. A company will often favour a supplier who demonstrates responsible policies (Zeiger 2015).

Cost accounting refers to the process of analysing, collecting evaluating and summarizing an alternative course of action. It aims at advising a manager on the course of action that is most appropriate (Arumugam 2015). The advice has its basis on the on the capability and cost efficiency. Cost classification refers to the process of separating expenses into categories that are different. In economics, for instance, cost classification may involve fixed variable, production, opportunity and sunk costs categories (Business Dictionary 2015). Break even analyses are expected components of several plans of business, mostly for the stat-up company (Richards 2015). The calculator can help determine the breakeven point of a company, the revenue needed to in covering variable and fixed costs.
Forecasting and its importance
Forecasting refers to the tool for planning that helps a manager in his or her attempts to cope with the future uncertainties (Smedley 2012). Forecast relies majorly on data the present and past and the trend analyses. It, therefore, helps managers to plan for the future.
Psychopath refers to the disorder in personality that an individual poses. It is characterised by antisocial behaviours that are enduring, diminished remorse and empathy as well as boldness (Herctz 2001). The Hare Psychopath Checklist refers to the diagnostic tool that is used to rate the antisocial or psychopathic tendencies of a person. Persons that are psychopathic ruthlessly prey on others using deceit, violence, charm or other methods that help the people what they exactly want. In business, psychopath is sometimes important because it makes subordinates obey and fear a psychopath manager. That fear makes the workers work more keenly and cautiously (Herctz 2001).
