Greenacres Disability Services (GDS) has been in the caregiving services to a person with disability since 1953. The company commenced with the start of Greenacres special school, which was a parent, dedicated to meet the development of specific requirements and the aptitude of their children’s. As time goes, the GDS expanded and centered on being a meeting that will ever change the need for services users. The Greenacres disability services want to successfully expand its business in the segments of School leavers with a disability both from an internal structure and strategy standpoint. Comprehension of the needs of the target market will be a significant part of the study since, Greenacres Disability Services (GDS) is facing the challenge of supporting between 7,800 and 12,400 people with disability to find job opportunities, creating an employ growth in NSW with 37,405-46,410 job were made available, Creating about 26,000 job opportunities in the NSW disability service division and adding up to $7.4B yearly to NSW’s Gross State Product. Greenacres operates its activities within the disability sector which under tremendous change with the latest introduction of the national disability insurance plan. The Australian National Authority reported 2.5% of a person with disability engaged in vocational education and training unlike the 11% of a person devoid of disability.

Literature Review

There is an increase in the number of the old parent with disabilities. This will comprise of collecting information from journal articles and books concerning people with special needs. Secondary data will be important for the research since we will use to save time and cost. The periodical, books and journals used will be less than three years from the date it was published in order to provide dependable information for research. The importance of the secondary data is to find the out gaps in past studies concerning the need for the job for school leavers with the disability.

Methods of data analysis

Tables are proficient and give a precise of the quantitative data. It is important and used in organizing facts as well as figures in column and rows.

Percentages

Percentages are significant in changing frequency count to the percentage. Percentage hypothesizes is significant in portraying the distribution of the respondents according to their reply. The advantage of percentage for our study will provide a sketch of the populace and samples that is simple to comprehend in order to increase as time goes by a number of influences, unlike the product and services that are provided to the school leavers with the disability.

Research design

The research design for the project will be on descriptive research where the qualitative and quantities research will be the basis for our research design. The objective of the survey design is centered on the identification of the interlink involving the two or more variables in a study. The questionnaires employed in gathering the information from a knowledgeable respondent and going beyond the observation of the link involving the dependent and independent variables in the study (Ali, 2016).

The research design of the study centers on ascertaining the variables and the links to each other, this is insignificant for the research is getting the data to allow testing of hypothesis or provision of information to the research query. It is an arrangement that Act as guiding principle to the researcher in ensuring that creation of data for the study exists. Population and sample size

The sample size for the study comprises of 100 respondent selected from the diverse location in Australia to ensure that the sample size is accommodative and unbiased. The population based on the stratified sampling, which cuts across many segments in with, regards to a person with disabilities. 250 respondents have selected by way of random sampling. Five organization were provided with questionnaires to implore their opinion the subject matter of the study.

The sampling plan

The sampling designed is intended to focus on the school leavers with disability and the need to provide them with Job opportunity. To ensure that the sampling is not biased with inclusive coverage, we will use stratified sampling since, this will save time and cost and at the same, it will ensure that there is a broad inclusion of respondent in gathering information for analysis. The sample size will compose of 200 respondents to be interviewed.

Analysis and statically methods to be used to analyze the data

The study will focus on the use of qualitative and quantitative research design. The qualitative methodology is connected to interpretive model that is linked to the activities as well as the option of humans, which usually are the complex and illogical approach. Furthermore, the researchers identified qualitative approach as subjective and an effective tool to be used in the study. The quantitative approach is associated with the model of positivism and has is categorized as an object or phenomenon linked to study. In addition, it portrays the logic as well as it stresses that important study might consider the real observation of phenomena. The secondary data place reliance on the appraisal of the past collected data such as from books, journal, or articles (Ali, 2016).

Limitation of the study

The research study will only tolerate up to 5% standard error from the hypothesis in order to be precise of the research result about a person with disability with no job opportunities. The research is focused on the study of the need for the job opportunity for school leavers with the disability.

The table above provides that 30% of the respondent is male while 70% are females; the effect is that the greencare depict fair number of person with disability and hence the provision of job to a person with disability will be equitable.

The table 4.1.1.2 provides that 0.22 of the respondent ranging between the age of 14-24 whilst 0.46 range between the age of 25 and 34., 0.24 are at the age of 25 and 44 as well as 0.08 ranges between the age of 44 and more.

It is evident in the graph above that a person with disability with no jobs in Australia is growing each year which signal a serious risk the rate of a person with disability in the future and consequently, it calls for the need to secure school leavers with disability and intellectual a job opportunities to secure the lifestyle.

CHAPTER FIVE

Introductions:

The chapter re-examines in brief what was set to be achieved as stated in the previous chapter (One) of the study which creates a good basis for the foundation of the findings and its recommendations.

Discussion Of The Findings

From the above data analysis, it can be observed that many of the people with disability in green care are females. Many of the information gathered was from the top level management and the middle-level management who provided vital information concerning the number of school leavers with disability and those in need of the job as a result of their intellectual capabilities. Furthermore, it was evident that many of the people with disability in green care services are of the age between 16 and 24 years depicting 55% of the population. The implication is that, many of the respondents in green care are school leavers and thus are jobless hence, they are need of the job.

The outcome of the data analysis provides that there is indeed a growth in the number of a person with disability each year with the majority being the person with age of 216 and 24 years which basically are school teens. The data outcome also proves that a person with disability with no job are growing every year and therefore, there is need to balance on how to provide job opportunities to school leavers with the disability but are intellectual.

Recommendation For Further Research

There is still a lot to be done to ensure that many of the school leavers with disability get job. The biggest challenge now is convincing parents to record their children with disability since many of the parent fear bringing their children help. According to the Australian state, only 5% of the parents report their children with disability while the rest of 95% does not report their children disability because of fear of exposure of school leavers with disability to discrimination. This is also supported by ACE national network which recommended that it was the first outcome of discrimination traits, efficiency of state policy over time and insufficient finance is the main contributors of underrepresentation of school leavers with disabilities

The Australian National Authority reported 2.5% of a person with disability engaged in vocational education and training unlike the 11% of a person devoid of disability. This is still biggest challenge that needs to handle in ensuring that person with disability get jobs across Australia. Greencare is doing all it can to ensure that every children with disability gets a job and thus, the organization must work closely with the government and other nonprofit making institution in finding school leavers with disability across Australia and to ensure equitable job distribution to person with disability.

The research project will need to research in detailed other approach like using stratified sampling in order to provide sufficient enough for reliance. Furthermore, the research project needs to involve all people with disabilities across Australia other than just research on school leavers with the disability with no job opportunities. This is due to the fact that a person with disability must be treated with equality since-since many of them are intellectual with the lack of job opportunities to advance their aptitude to earn a living. The research must involve the response from the work of an expert such as an expert in a person with disability in order to substantiate the information collected from a person with disability and those from the staff of green care disability services.

Conclusion

It can, therefore, be concluded from the research study that many of the school leavers in Australia are need of job opportunities to finance the living cost. The result of the data provides that the number of school leavers with no job is growing each year. It is evident in the graph above that a person with disability with no jobs in Australia is growing each year which signal a serious risk the rate of a person with disability in the future and consequently, it calls for the need to secure school leavers with disability and intellectual a job opportunities to secure the lifestyle.

From the above of sex distribution of greencare personnel, it was evident that 30% of the respondents are males while 70% are females; the effect is that the greencare depict fair number of person with disability and hence the provision of job to a person with disability will be equitable. Given the growth in the level of person with disability in the 2015, greencare provide an assurance that there shall be an equitable job allotment and because many of the person with disability in 2015 are females, the greencare will assign70% of the positions females and 30% to males in order to ensure fair distribution. However, we still believe that there are many person with disabilities unreported sincee, according to

The Australian National Authority reported 2.5% of a person with disability engaged in vocational education and training unlike the 11% of a person devoid of disability.

Parents are encouraged to register their disable child with reasonable department or non
organization order to get support in terms of appropriate education and job opportunities. The government needs to invest more in a person with disability across Australia in order to ensure that there is job equality across the country both for a person with disability and those with no disability since even disable a person are need of education and job opportunities like any other a person in Australia.

Future Scope

The future scope of the study will comprise of the level of job satisfaction that a person with disability gets and whether the current pay is satisfactory. This is because provision of job opportunities with no job satisfaction at place of work for a person with disability will be very stressful and will depict a negative effect on their job performance, in this regards, there is need to integrate the need or job opportunities , the basic payment, and job satisfaction for a person with disability.
