Greenacres Disability Services (GDS) is been in the care giving services to person with disability since 1953. The company commenced with the start of Greenacres special school which was a parent dedicated to meet the development of specific requirements and the aptitude of their children’s. As time goes, the GDS expanded and centred on being a meeting that will ever change the need of services users.

Problem Statement

The Greenacres disability services want to successfully expand its business in the segments of School leavers with a disability both from an internal structure and strategy standpoint. Comprehension of the needs of the target market will be an significant part of the study since, Greenacres Disability Services (GDS) is facing the challenge of supporting between 7,800 and 12,400 people with disability to find job opportunities, creating an employment boom in NSW with 37,400-46,400 jobs created, Creating approximately 25,000 jobs in the NSW disability service sector and adding up to $7.3B annually to NSW’s Gross State Product. Greenacres operates its activities within the disability sector which under tremendous change with the latest introduction of the national disability insurance plan. The research is focused on the evaluation of the effect of corporate social responsibility on the financial performance of company. The study furthermore is limited to researching the monetary terms that the company has ventured in corporate social responsibility plans each financial period (Bridget, 2005).

Literature review

There is an increase in the number of old parent with disabilities. They experience transformation in their care giving requirement, normal as well trend as both the care giving as well as the care receivers grow old each year.
