1). How, if at all, are the publics through crisis emotions due to crisis origin and crisis information are affected?

2). How do organization communicate with their stakeholders in social media during crisis?

3). How do organizations use different social media applications during crisis communication?

4). What are important aspects in crisis management via social media?
