The group included students, teachers, and doctors as well. These people gave a positive view of fitness as it is an essential part of human health. According to the research, many people who are well being look at exercise as part of daily life to keep fit, look beautiful and young , and keep healthy live longer, and they say it improves the life quality of an individual. They also have a sense of nutrition in mind as they try to exercise to keep fit, this way the respiratory activities go on well. Then there is strengthening training part of the exercise which includes pull ups, or push up, weight lifting, so as to strengthen the bones. Another exercise involves balancing so as to prevent falls when trying to walk, this way one will be able to maintain balance over a long period of time. The lastly there is stretching through flexibility, Pilate, yoga, and tai chi to increase the movement in the joints, this makes one to be very flexible to be able to stretch to all angles.
Majority of the group who valued beauty and shape or the figure so much were women and ladies, they claim that, by keeping fit a woman becomes sexy, beautiful, young and attractive. They added that nobody would wish to look old and fat anyway and every woman would always want to keep young than her age (Telford 23). Therefore some of the findings obtained from the research are, being independent, increased metabolism, reduce falls, makes someone flexible, sociable, and improves the mood of an individual, increasing metabolism, looking beautiful, young, and being healthy. Some of the diseases like diabetes, blood pressure, heart failure, and obesity were among the threats that many people would wish to avoid and enjoy the benefits of keeping fit.
Firstly, many people would wish to keep fit because they want to be independent, that is to be physically fit ,through exercise, an individual is not likely to become disabled because of falling, or accidents, and illness this is because such a person has enough exercise of the bones. This is achieved through stretching flexibility exercise, such as Pilate, yoga, and tai chi to increase the movement in the joints; this makes one to be very flexible to be able to stretch to all angles without straining. Study shows that people who do regular exercises to the bones usually avoid things like falling and breaking of the parts of the body like legs, hands and so (Pyne 13).
One would wish to be beautiful and healthy which is best achieved through metabolism through exercise and sweat, this way the body is able to metabolize and burn accumulated fats, and detoxify the blood hence making one to look young and beautiful. Burning calories reduce body weight and keeps one fit, for women it gives a good shape and figure. This is achieved by applying the endurance exercise, which is obtained through walking, biking ride, swimming, dancing and running which boosts the rate of the heartbeat.
Another reason for keeping fit is because one gets socialized as they go out to the gym, to run or do other exercises. People meet others in the process of going to exercise, this way they acquire new friend from all over the world, associating with people with different culture and customs. Some even end up getting new ideas, marriage partners, and business partners. So many people would enjoy hanging out with friends and getting motivated unlike staying in the house and doing it on their on as they always become lazy and discouraged (colcott 09).
Fitness also keeps someone from falls, this is because through exercising different parts of the body, an individual is able to maintain balance and avoid unnecessary falls, and in case they fall they are able to avoid hurt and breakage of bones easily. The type of exercise applied here is by involves balancing so as to prevent falls when trying to walk, this way one will be able to maintain balance over a long period of time (Fisher 08).
Daily exercise keeps one flexible in such a way that such a person can bend his muscles and bones in different angles without difficulty, especially those who practice acrobatic, and dancing. This is well achieved through walking long distances instead of using a vehicle all the time that is why most reach people have such problems like slipping and breaking the leg, getting high blood pressure, this will reduce. The lastly there is stretching through flexibility, Pilate, yoga, and tai chi to increase the movement in the joints, this makes one to be very flexible to be able to stretch to all angles, make all dancing styles and acrobatics without straining the muscles and bones (Pyne 12).
Fitness also keeps one to be in a good mood since exercise will always help to exercise the mind hence reduce depression, one has no time to seat down and starting thing. For instance one may be tired from job, this makes the mind to relax, or one may have been insulted and the moods are low the exercise will keep such a person forget and relax. It makes one to view life in a different perspective. One is able to forget everything by meeting different people at the gym for instance. Since thinking too much leads to depression through exercise the mind is kept active and one can avoid depression, pressure, and other psychological related illnesses.

Most of the above mentioned disease comes as a result of stress, laziness, poor dieting, and more. With getting time exercise will reduce this habit of laziness, will also keep the mind engaged, as well will make the heart settled after the exercise instead of just sitting idle (Colcott 12).
To sum up everything the research shows that people value fitness so much as part of life. They keep a positive outlook towards fitness and take it to be an essential part of life style, and the exercise are scheduled just like a routine. They view positive benefits brought by this, and embrace it as an improvement of their life (Telford 09). The positive consequences give motivation to the person exercising and this way they explore further to have the best fitness alternatives. The benefits are many such as good heath, a good sense of being, gaining extra strength, getting enough balance, being flexible, being beautifully by having a smooth face and good shape especially for women, having a good social relationship, getting new friends, maintaining social net working, gaining new ideas, avoid being idle, avoid illness like obesity, blood pressure, heart attack, depression, and living longer (Abbott et al 08). This gives the best reason for one to work extra hard to keep fit. The exercises involved include endurance, which is achieved through walking, biking ride, swimming, dancing and running which boosts the rate of the heartbeat.
