Abstract

Taking of insights, sounds, smell, and whatever comes along Pacifica. I reflect to the questions that range from, what the connection is, what stuck out, why it stuck out, what worked, what did not, and what was difficult about the process. I will answer some of the question reflecting on my experience.

What worked for me?

Personally, it is very clear to ascertain the aim and the objective of Pacifica. I found that their purpose is to speak as one, the group of 12 member nations seeks to have sustainable future they have agreed to hold hands with a target of identifying problems, the informal influencers, and communication methods that with the communities that are in Pacifica.

I confirmed that the confrontation with the communities and finding out from them was more accurate than from the governments of major countries such as U.S and Australia. This will fully cover the market research, also, the primary project focus as the product development through creating awareness to the people. The project stresses more on education and the ways to develop grassroots movement through social media platforms and businesses implementing the shared value concept. The building of awareness was Pacifica on a larger scale was the communication plan for the project. Schmitt, B. H. (2013).

From this appendix, I came to a conclusion that: IR is the study within political science that addresses the relationships among and between actors in the international system and the impact of the decisions made by any one actor on another player of the other players. There is an emergency of the alternative avenue to IR, OSN. What is difficult about the process?

To me, the real aspiration of the project was to comprehend the real needs of the population in fragmented areas in the region. To understand this collectively, I had to consult the range of issues that are affecting the region which rises from both education and environment background. What I learned from this is that poor management is the key catalyst in the outlined issues. Due to it, the education is remote, and the people cannot access water to drink. SWOT analysis allows for the increase in internet application as one of the region strength, while the education was not working well; therefore low literacy skills as the weakness of the region. On the opportunity, I consider the invisible people and the green climate fund while corruption as a threat to the area. From the analysis, I conclude that the different governments should decide the destiny of the people, while the Grassroots decide their future, and therefore everyone should give them the confidence by improving their skills. I also confirmed that there are 15 members and associate members are island states. I pick increase in the coordination of members’ states foreign and international economic policies as one of the goals of the organization. The organization appendix is governed by CCAP which to my understanding stresses on the adoption of climate change, also UWI which lead Caribbean communities for the sustainable development

What stuck out?

Education is a major issue in Pacifica region; this is highly precipitated by the fact that lack of academic English teaching and literature also demands the hundred indigenous languages. I understand that bilingual education is complicated and under-controlled. Other inclusive issues may resonate from financial backgrounds, corruption, and government inefficiency. It covers a variety of aspects such as primary/ high school education (UNICEF 2017), Women’s right and raising PIC youth to become workforce. Mariampolski, H. (2006). They will be ready and contribute to their communities and many more aspect of managerial opportunity that are outlined following the mechanism that is in place, for example, the television which is applied in learning English. Also, I consider growth of comparative and international education services as the primary migrant motivation is to achieve the higher education quality, and most of the public funds to be allocated or spent on education

Why did it stick out?

What I learned from the Local people is that they emphasize the importance of the health issue especially with the climate change. Obesity and Diabetes/ Mosquito-borne diseases are the two primary focus on the health problem, the healthcare system among the Pacific countries is weak inadequate and not harmonized. Evaluating this issues, I arrive at the common consequences which are higher death rates, and economic hindrance. On the same agenda, I confirm that new jobs, infrastructure development, medical education, and strengthening links between countries are some of the opportunities to scramble.

From the project analysis, I confirm that violence against women in Pacifica ranges from physical abuse during pregnancy, child sexual abuse, and the culture of not reporting to the police. This is common in every nation in the Pacific region. There are no available, sufficient, and efficient mechanisms to enforce legislation. The culture laws allow girls to marry at age.

What connections could be made?

My personal experience with the findings from the study that was conducted in 2006 that the vast majority of punishments suffered by the children were direct assault, the younger children received more than older children. The school and home were some of the confirmed places these punishments are administered and the people who are dealt out the punishments were teachers. This was fascinating to me because I related with the corporal punishment.

To conclude, I learned that as result of global climate change, the Pacific Island Countries (PIC’s) are the early onset recipients of the global warming this is because they are sinking
