Article Purpose/Objective/Aims:

The article aims at describing two major paradigms, that is, talentship and sustainability. The article aims at providing ways to address the talent management paradigms.

Research Design:

Because the aim of the article is to enhance the body of knowledge in talent management literature, and at some point provide recommendations that could be valuable to organizations practicing talent management. Therefore, the article adopts a theoretical and practical design. The article is more oriented towards providing theoretical evidences of Talent Management practices within the organizations.

Discussion, Findings & Conclusions:

The article is important and adds to the literature of talent management by identifying and discussing the two major dimensions of HR and sustainability. From the article, it is significant to recognize whether prize pays an important role in profits and sustainability if firms. The article also identifies whether the HR paradigms portrays the traditional focus on the improved human capital decisions. As organizations struggle to achieve sustainability and talentship through having talent pools, the problem of volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity are major challenges. The article also indicates that organizations that have achieved sustainability understand and effectively articulate the connection between talent and sustainability.

The article outlines the importance of recognizing the diversity of thoughts and lack of conceptual theoretical consistency around talent management practices. The article also provides HR professionals with a useful taxonomy that provides a deeper understanding of the increasing literature and practices within talent management. By providing the fundamentals of talent management and identifying various talent management approaches, the articles assists HRD practitioners to understand the fundamental issues regarding talent management.

For instance, the organization has aligned actions directed to research and discoveries that yields product features that are highly profitable. Therefore, individuals in a talent pool have the ability to interact within the community. Moreover, they get the value of being part of the pool, share ideas and collaborate effectively.
