Stereotyping is termed as an oversimplified, pejorative attitude that is help by individuals towards individuals who are outside their experience who seems to be different. This concept is likely to affect Gina’s behavior towards the new clients in that she may stereotype a person wrongly and group them in categories of people who fail to honor their loans. Fundamental attribution error which is also termed as the attribution effect to correspondence bias is believed to be the tendency for individuals to place excessive emphasis on the internal characteristic of a character as opposed to the external factors, when explaining the behavior of a person in a certain situation. This concept is likely to affect Gina’s behavior towards the new clients in that she may assess a person ability to pay a loan and conclude that they may fail in servicing the loan when in reality the individuals may be the most suited ones for the loan at that given time. confirmation bias which is also termed as myside bias or confirmatory is defined as the search for, interpret, favor and at the same time recall information in a manner that confirms the already pre-existing hypothesizes or beliefs, at the same time the individual tends to offer disproportionately less consideration tom to any other alternative that may beavailable. In this regard Gina’s behavior towards new clients may affect the issuance of loans by finding issues that supports the idea that giving loans to certain people is more beneficial as opposed to others.
