  • Safe storage should be free of oil, and lubricants can be absorbed by the textile materials in the belt

  • Special signs will be marked to show the placement of belts and directions should be indicated on removal and stacking

Discussion

The component removal arm of the conveyor belt is suitable to conveyor belt carcass made of EP fabric product with low shrink and high modulus with capability of a high breaking tensile strength. This product is made of aluminium, stainless steel and rubber for high temperature resistance during testing and use. To prevent accidents during use, assembling and vulcanizing is done with care taking into consideration that the device is made of high temperature resistant materials (Barburski, 2016). Observing the ISO and British Standards, the product assembly will have high adhesion after coating and shaping under special treatment. Under normal working condition, it will have excellent anti-abrasion and low elongation below 1800C, and to withstand up to 2500C within a short time (Dunlop, 2017). The device should work with the belt under humidity storage and shipping to be used in the steel, metallurgical, and cement industry. The belt is expected to have low elongation, excellent Troughability and good elasticity because it is made of cotton, nylon and EP canvas. The device cover will have good physical properties and fine anti-chemical corrosiveness (Bulk Solids, 2016). Besides, the size and material composition will be suitable for use in paper mill, mining chemical fertilizer factories.
