Overview: Identifying the different key skills in subject area and understanding the different facets associated with proficiency, expertise, and other skills so that the different skills are demonstrated in the field of study.

Aims & Objectives: Identifying the different skills which people have and based on it finding out the key performance skills which need to be imparted so that better development of the employees becomes possible.

Unit Team: The entire manufacturing team so that better effectiveness is achieved while manufacturing different products

Responsibility for Performance Management & Training: To look at ensuring that the entre process is carried out in the most effective manner and the process of imparting skills is maximized. The responsibility of the performance management and training team will look at identifying the different needs and then developing the required plan so that skills are improved and the entire working process maximizes the mechanism through which work is carried out.

Policy Implementation: The policy will look at conducting an off and on the job training to provide the training. The required training will be identified based on past performances and evaluations so that the different gaps are properly identified. In addition to it the policy will be implemented at all levels within the manufacturing unit so that the use of resources improves and better efficiency is gained while looking to carry out the different process. The policy implementation process will lie on the hands of the managers and different agencies that have been hired for the process so that maximum effectiveness is gained and the working style of the organization becomes better.

Manager’s Responsibility: The manager’s responsibility is to ensure that all employees who require the proper training are identified and provided the required training. The manager also has to evaluate the employees past performances and based on it needs to develop the required parameters through which the required training will be provided. This has to be matched by the fact that the manager has to maintain proper decorum and ensure that the entire process is carried out properly and if any problem arises it is solved quickly.

Employee’s Responsibility: The employee needs to look at coordinating with the external agencies so that their skills are better shaped up. The employees need to be active and should look at improving the manner in which they work as after the required training the process will look at strengthening the process of carrying out different activities. The employees also have to abide with the different business needs and have to maintain the same authenticity and proficiency as when they carry out the real work. It is also mandatory for all employees to attend all the required programs and brings about a change in the manner different decisions are taken so that better results can be achieved and the business is able to work in a better and proficient manner.

Performance Management Framework: The performance management framework has been developed based on the parameters that it will look at improving the use of resources and will provide a basic framework through which the use of resources is multiplied. The framework also looks at ensuring that the overall framework will look at brining a change in the manner different resources are used so that better effectiveness is achieved. Performance Management KPI’s: The key performance indicators which will help to gauge the effectiveness in the use of training program is improvement in employees performance, better use of different resources, improvement in the efficiency through which the business process was carried out and overall development of the organization.

Funding: The funding will be done by the business as the cost associated for the business is hiring external agencies, training cost and other cost which has to be incurred by the business and will be taken care of by the management itself.
