Brief description of the problem or situation:

The development of new wound care techniques along with the usage of old techniques are on a rise as it helps to provide better medication to the health infected people. Can the different wound care techniques lead towards better treatment of wound? This paper discusses the different wound care techniques which is used on patients and considers the impact the wound care techniques has on healthcare setting

Population

Healthcare professions, patients

Intervention

Application of different wound treatment like autolytic, enzymatic, biodebridement, mechanical, conservative sharp and surgical

Control/comparison

New bed wound treatment techniques used in comparison to older ones

Outcomes

Better wound management, Improved safety of patients, improving healing rates.

Question:

Can the use of new wound management techniques ensure better health treatment through less infection rates and more healing rates, ensure better wound management and safety of patients within the health care system?

The aim of the study was to observe the manner in which health care workers look at preparing the necessary equipments and medicines before providing wound care medication to the patients

The paper examines that developing and having proper equipments and medicines helps to facilitate the process in which health care facilities are provided. This is in addition to the fact that different methods and technology has to be used and continuous changes have to be made so that infection rate of haling improves and the patients get better care. The different clinical areas need to take control of the activities and guide the overall process so that health care management techniques used for wound cleaning is improved.

Annotation

This paper discusses the different debridement techniques through the use of ultrasound and untrasonography helps to provide better wound care treatment. The rise in the cost of wound care techniques cost has increased the need and importance of using appropriate methods for wound care. The paper also highlights the use of new and improved techniques along with traditional methods so that the process of wound care treatment is improved and the patients are provided with better care facilities. The research is limited to the fact that it doesn’t highlight on the modern techniques which can be used for debridement of different wounds for better facilities.

Annotation

This paper discusses the manner in which different debridement techniques helps in case of wound care treatment. The research identifies the same in a health care setting and highlights the manner in which using different techniques for wound cleaning helps to improve the rate of cleaning and also provides an overview through which better care and delivery standards are developed. The research which is carried out over different health care institutions highlights the manner in which effectiveness of wound care treatment is maximized and the manner in which the process provides better effectiveness in dealing with different wound care treatment.

Annotation

This paper analyses the different techniques which helps to improve the quality of wound treatment and shows the manner in which using newly developed methods helps to fill the gap which the traditional method has and maximizes the healing process. The research which is carried out on a hospital setting shows the manner in which using new and developed maggot debridement as a technique for wound treatment provides better results and ensures that the overall treatment is improved. This research also integrates the traditional method and shows the manner in which newly developed methods can take place so that better treatment and health care facilities is provided.

Annotation

This paper analyses the different techniques which helps to improve the quality of wound treatment and shows the manner in which using newly developed methods helps to fill the gap which the traditional method has and maximizes the healing process. The research shows that ultrasonic debridement as a technique is sounder in case of burn wounds as treating patients through it provides better results and increases the rate of healing.

REFLECTION

The research carried out by me helped to understand the manner in which a systematic approach which is focused and looks into minute details provides better information for literature review. The methodology which us along with the manner in which it is carried out has important dimensions for future research. The application of the different research and its applicability in the wound care segment shows that the manner in which the different mechanism through which better results can be achieved. This will reduces the biasness and will thereby help to ensure that the research which is carried out provides better results so that wound care method helps to improve the overall healing rate. This also helps to create a path for future research and development and working and identifying the different dimensions through which learning for the future can be developed has been identified. The learning for wound care creates a path for future study and provides a direction through which better learning can be garnered in the future.
