Goals and Achievements

From this negotiations, I was able to accomplish all the major goals that we had set out to achieve at the beginning of the negotiation process. To begin with, we were able to settle on reasonable terms on staffing and staff development and our proposed percentages of casual staff was adopted. The issues of wages and employee breaks were also agreed upon as per our position and our proposed hourly rates for the casuals and permanent staff were considered to be both applicable and sustainable.
