1. Show confidence. The first impression plays a key role in chances of been selected, having confidence in what you know or learned from the first encounter with an internship selector or future employer depicts that one recognize the skills and capabilities they have and can perform the task, ability to convey your ideas and confidently work with a team without fear.

2. Be smart and decent. Physical appearance say a lot about you,been smart portrays a level of responsibility and commitment, thus the future selectors can trust that you can effectively and efficiently execute the duties allocated to you. Based on the perception that smart individuals are smart in mind and always produces best results This will increase the chances of been selected.

3. Express a willingness to learn. This involves expressing the desire and the determination to learn, adopt new methods of doing things and embrace change. Willingness to add on to your skills will raise the quality of work, therefore, one will have a better chance to be selected for an internship or even a job.
