INTRODUCTION
Leadership involves leaders who understand what leadership entails and also takes the subordinate staff’s suggestions concerning changes in order to create an appropriate working environment for all workers in the organization.

The leader should know improvement and development means being on the road towards what is better and more successful which requires the leader to be committed to Excellence Leadership
QUESTION ONE
Establishment of links between the firm’s goals, morals and standards to the duties of the significant groups and persons when setting goals in the organization is important because it is through these linkages that the organization states the roles of every staff member towards the achievement of the organizations goals and satisfy the needs of the target market while maintaining high returns.
Apart from the above, these linkages help leaders monitor the success and growth of the organization with time and hence they are able to understand what changes are required for the organization to better utilize the available resources in order to maximize profits at the same time improve its market share.
QUESTION TWO
The form of media and language that is used to pass information by leaders to the staff will influence how they perceive the information hence it is important for the leader to use the best media to communicate information and how to deliver it.

By the end of the year, we are expected to improve our market share and increase returns by increasing our target market. For us to realize these goals, we should work together as a team while making sure that every worker is satisfied with the working environment.
It is important for leaders to help the subordinate staff understand the goals of the organization and their expectations on the same. This will help the staff to work towards achieving the set goals. The leader may also provide incentives for the workers in order for them to realize how important it is to achieve the goals, (PANAIT, Cristian 2017).
QUESTION FOUR
In case of any incident in a work place, it is the responsibility of the leader to clear the air in the organization and let the staff know what happened and the measures that are put in place to avoid such incidences from happening in the future. This will help workers to be more comfortable in the work place knowing that there leaders are there for them in case anything happens.

a) It is important for leaders to be role models because they should lead by example. In order for an organization to realize its objectives, leaders should set the best example in the work place so that the subordinate staff will be encouraged to do the same in order to achieve the objectives of the organization.
b) By creating a certain culture in the work place, the leader encourages his/her staff to work in a given schedule and routine to encourage good results in terms of returns in the business while maintaining the best relations between staff members and the leaders.
c) In case the current management is not performing, it is important to make changes so that the business will achieve its objectives. Sometimes it is also important to make changes in management so as to inject new blood in the management system that may come up with new and better ideas to run the business.
d) Consulting in the work place is important because it helps workers share ideas concerning the business. Managers consult with the subordinate staff and the staff may consult among themselves when they need ideas of how to improve the working conditions and also encourage good relations between workers.
e) In any business organization, decision making is important. A good leader should consider suggestions from the subordinate staff before making any decisions; they should make decisions while taking into account how the decisions will affect the running of the business. The leader should also be able to calculate the risks that the business is likely to encounter and measures on how to avoid them.
f)Public relations encourage benevolence as well as communication between the organization and customer. Good public relations lead to good relations with the clients since it is one of the components of the marketing policy; an organization will make more profit through good relations and communication with its clients.
g) Business Ethics is concerned with an individual’s ability to know the difference between good and bad. Choices in a firm may be made by an individual or group of people, but whoever makes them will be influenced by the culture of the company. Therefore, it is important for leaders to separate right from wrong hence make better decisions concerning the business.
h) Leadership styles differ from one organization to another. Leadership styles that may work for one organization may not work for another hence it is important for leaders to understand there business so as to employ the best leadership style.
h)Professional development is important because it enables one to continue being competent in his/her profession. This will help the leader to keep up with changes in the business environment.
PART B: CASE STUDY
1) For one to qualify to be a trainer, he/she should understand the organization so as to be able to relay the best information about the organization to the trainees. The trainer should be able understand the audience and how to relate to them appropriately and he/she should be able to answer all the questions asked by the trainers accordingly.
2) For effective training, the trainer should have the following;
He/she will require a notebook for notes during the training process
He/she will need pamphlets about the organization to give to trainees.
He/she will need brochures on the types of gods and services that the organization offers.
4a) In order to create a positive workplace, the leader should be able create a conducive working environment for all employees by employing rules and regulations which are applicable to all workers.
b) By encouraging team work among members. This will enable staff members to work together in order to attain the goals of the business.
