Dealing with patients who are uncooperative present several challenges to dentists while executing their duties. The dentists are however expected to practice good behavior and express the right attitude while engaging with such patients. Instead of expressing anger towards patient, the dentists should apply behavior management methods that may include non-pharmacological or pharmacological methods.

Restricting the student to communicate in Spanish, a language they can express themselves better is a violation of the First Amendment. While a student, he was punished by teachers for speaking in Spanish and told he should return to Mexico if he wants to communicate in Spanish.

The culture supports gender inequality by subjecting women to abusive words that cannot be applied to men.

If a language is not outlawed in its native country, it is permitted to express oneself in the indicated language where appropriate. The perception that Spanish is not cultured and should not be used in the United States is abusive to the Spanish culture.
