Case Study Three

One of the issues is the evaluation of the various trauma services and interventions that the client can be subjected to with the aim of enhancing their resilience. This will include the assessment of the different trauma-informed approaches, trauma-informed care, and various PTSD interventions and match them with the mental needs of the client to understand which suits them the most. All of these interventions and services will be aimed at ensuring that the client is experiencing a positive growth out of the mental issues that they are undergoing. Since the client had already undergone different medical tests, it is already evident that they have PTSD so assessing them again would not be necessary. Finally, knowing the mental problems that the client is undergoing and what led to the mental issues, the next step would be to help the client while evaluating the various stages of recovery to understand if the recovery objectives are being achieved. These stages, which are enclosed in the Judith Herman framework, include safety, remembrance and mourning, and lastly reconnection (Skeffington et al., 2013).
