PLACING REQUEST FOR AN ITEM

  • Students can request a hold to be placed on an item that is on loaned to another students, except one day loan items

  • One week loan and general collection will be held at the library for 3 days

  • After item loan request, if the item is available then the library sends an email

HOW CAN I RENEW MY ITEMS?

  • 4 hour items may not be renewed

  • Items can be renewed online except 4 hour loan items

  • A week loan items can be renewed for a maximum of 7 times

  • If items are held for another user, they may not be renewed

HOW THE LIBRARY CONTACTS STUDENTS?

  • Students are contacted via e-mails. General messages are automateddoes not require a reply. Students are advised to check their emails regularly

HOW CAN I REPLACE LOST CARD?

  • Loss of borrower card should be reported to the librarian. A replacement card can be issued upon payment of $10per card
