Steps of the ethical review and procedure

Determination of project ethical review requirement- At this step it describes that before starting of a research on the project, it requires approval from the Research Ethics Board. Impacts of Facebook on reality friendship project involves humans subject that requires approval from the research ethics board

Determination of which research board should review the project- This describes that on starting the project appropriate research board must approve the project. On the impact of Facebook on reality friendship project is appropriately reviewed by the Behavioral research ethics board.

Step three

Assessment of the level of risk of the project- This step describes that the risk of harm anticipated in the proposed project should be minimal or have smaller magnitude in the society.

Step four

Submission of ethics application form to ethics office- This describes that graduate submitting their research proposal for ethical review need to prepare the submissions as per the requirements of procedures and forms of appropriate ethics board.
