Further, inorder to establish a unified chain of command, communication is essential. However, there are some of limitations to the applicability of some theories in modern organizations. For instance, implementing division of labor as advocated by Fayol is important but to some extent, in as much as it eases work, implementing it fully is extremely costly as an organization will have to hire more (Dennis, 2012).

Strengths and weaknesses of communication in Sims

Sim’s form of communication structure has enabled it to succeed as a metal processing plant in Australia. It creates an environment where the employees are involved in the decision process.
